Abstract:

In this research, organizational culture and intrapreneurship issues are discussed. The aim of the research is to test the effect of organizational culture (participation, consistency, adaptability, vision) on intrapreneurship (new business venture, innovation, self-renewal, proactivity). Quantitative research method was used in the study. Questionnaire form was used as data collection tool. The research, was carried out in the health sector. The sample group of the study consisted of nurses working in a public hospital. SPSS 25.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 software programs were used to analyze the data. The data were tested with normality analysis, frequency analysis, Spearman correlation analysis, partial least squares structural equation modeling. According to the results of the hypothesis test; it has been seen that adaptability and mission positively affect new business initiative, innovation and self-renewal. It has been determined that the mission has a positive effect on proactivity. It has been seen that participation and consistency do not affect new business initiative, innovation, self-renewal and proactiveness. It has been determined that adaptability does not affect proactivity.
