The hospital, which is named after the State Hospital, is located in the center of Manisa's Akhisar District. The height is 355 m in the northeastern-southwest direction, 360 m in the east-west direction and about 10 m in height. During the Turkish period, the city was turned into a castle that was not very high and surrounded by the walls (as stated by Evliya Çelebi) due to intense construction activities, a severe destruction was caused. The monumental temple structure identified in the archaeological excavations in the hospital's cavity is located at the top of the cavity. It is clear that the early settlement began from the Last Neolithic Period and continued throughout the Tunch Age.
