TEKNOLOJİ DESTEKLİ TÜRKÇE EĞİTİMİ TEZLERİNİN EĞİLİMLERİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkçe eğitiminde teknoloji kullanımına yönelik YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi bünyesinde dizinlenen tezlerin referans sayılarına göre dağılımları, konu alanları, yöntemleri, tezlerde kullanılan veri toplama araçları, örneklem özellikleri, veri analiz yöntemleri gibi başlıklar kapsamında incelenerek söz konusu tezlerin eğilimlerini tespit etmektir. Araştırma kapsamını, YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında 2000- 2018 yıllarında dizinlenen ve erişim izni verilen teknoloji destekli Türkçe eğitimi alanındaki 4 doktora ve 20 yüksek lisans tezi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada “Türkçe Eğitimi Yayın Sınıflama Formu (TEYSF)” kullanılarak tezler incelenmiş ve bu çalışmalara yönelik betimsel analiz yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, lisansüstü tezlerde araştırma sorusu olarak en çok 1 soruya yer verildiği tespit edilmiş, araştırmacıların tezlerinde en çok 51-100 arasında referans kullanmayı tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte en çok tezin 2017 yılında yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen tezlerde en çok %39,39 oran ile betimsel çalışmanın yapıldığı görülmektedir. Bunu %30,30 oran ile deneysel çalışma, %12,12 oran ile alan yazın derleme, %9,09 oran ile değerlendirme, %3,03 oran ile de kuramsal çalışma, mesleki çalışma ve eylem araştırmaları takip etmektedir. Ayrıca lisansüstü tezlerde en çok alternatif testlerin tercih edildiği, araştırmaların örneklemini çok büyük bir oranda yabancı öğrencilerin oluşturduğu ve amaca uygun örnekleme tekniğinin tercih edildiği belirlenmiştir. Araştırmacılar, veri analizlerinde daha çok nicel veri analizlerini tercih etmiş, analizlerde de betimsel olarak en çok frekans/yüzde/çizelge, kestirimsel olarak ise SPSS ve t-testi kullanmışlardır. Nitel analizlerde de en çok içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinde teknoloji destekli Türkçe eğitimi alanında yazılan tezler çok boyutlu tartışılmış ve çalışmadan hareketle bazı önerilere yer verilmiştir.

The purpose of this research is to identify the trends of the theses in the fields of dissemination according to the reference numbers, the fields, methods, the data collection tools used in the theses, the sampling characteristics, the data analysis methods. The research scope consists of 4 doctorate and 20 master theses in the field of Turkish education supported by technology, which were drawn up in the data base of the YÖK National Thesis Center in the years 2000–2018 and granted access permission. In the study, the theses were studied using the "Turkish Education Broadcast Classification Form (TEYSF)" and the visual analysis of these studies was carried out. According to the research findings, the researchers have found that 1 question is included as a research question in the postgraduate thesis, and the researchers have determined that they prefer to use references between 51-100 in their thesis. However, the most of the thesis was found in 2017. The study was carried out at the highest rate of 39.39% of the study. This is followed by experimental studies with a ratio of 30.30%, summer compilation with a ratio of 12.12%, evaluation with a ratio of 9.09% and theoretical studies, professional studies and action research with a ratio of 3.03%. It is also determined that the most alternative tests are preferred in the postgraduate theses, the sampling of research is made by a very large percentage of foreign students and the appropriate sampling technique is preferred. The researchers preferred quantitative data analysis in data analytics, and in analytics they used the most visual frequency/percentage/character, and short-term SPSS and t-test. It is also the most used content analysis in quality analysis. As a result, in this study, the theses written in the field of technology-backed Turkish education in the Turkish education departments have been discussed in a multi-dimensional manner and some recommendations have been put into motion without the study.

The aim of this research is to examine the tendency of theses indexed in the National Thesis Center for the use of technology in Turkish education by examining the distributions according to their reference numbers, subject areas, methods, data collection tools, sampling characteristics, and data analysis methods. The scope of the study consists of 4 doctoral and 20 master's thesis in the field of technology-supported Turkish education which is indexed and allowed to access in the National Thesis Center database between 2000-2018. In this study, theses were examined by using Turkish Education Publication Classification Form (TEYSF) and descriptive analysis was conducted for these studies. According to the findings of the research, it was found that one research question was included in most of the graduate theses, and it was determined that the researchers preferred to use a maximum of 51-100 references in their theses. Also, it was found that the most number of thesis was written in 2017. In the theses examined, it was seen that the most descriptive study was done with 39,39%. This is followed by experimental study with 30,30%, field writing with 12,12%, assessment with 9,09%, theoretical study with 3,03%, professional study and action research. In addition to that, it has been determined that alternative tests were mostly preferred in graduate theses, the sampling of the research consists of a large number of foreign students, and convenience sampling method was preferred. The researchers mostly used quantitative data analysis for data analysis, and used the frequency / percentage / table descriptively and SPSS and t-test predictively. Content analysis was commonly used in qualitative analysis. In conclusion, theses written in the field of technology education in Turkish education departments are discussed in multidimensional aspects and some suggestions are provided.
