Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify teachers’ perceptions of the 2023 educational vision document. In this sense, the teachers’ vision documentation has been examined. In this study, designed in the visual scan model of Nicel research methods, 941 teachers selected by the method of proportional crowd sampling form the sampling group of the research. The research data was collected with the "2023 Education Vision Perception Scale" developed by researchers. According to the research results, the teachers’ perception of the 2023 educational vision document was found to be low. Nevertheless, women, men and graduates have more perception than their graduates. Furthermore, as the professional growth increases, the participants’ perceptions of the 2023 education vision also decrease. However, in all regions, the perceptions of the 2023 educational vision are at a 'low' level, while the progress from the western regions to the inner and east regions has been determined that the teachers' perceptions of the 2023 educational education are undergoing a radical decrease. While the fact that teachers in literature have not been found to study the perceptions of the 2023 educational vision highlights the pioneering character of this research, it can be suggested that this philosophical change that the educational system is not yet ready is reviewed again.
