Bu çalışmanın amacı ilköğretim okullarında öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi üzerine yapılan lisansüstü çalışmaların doküman analizi ile incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda 2017-2022 yılları arasında yürütülmüş olan toplam 106 lisansüstü tez incelenmiştir. Bu amaç kapsamında ilköğretim okullarında öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimini inceleyen çalışmaların temel özelliklerinin neler olduğu ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri analiz yöntemi olarak nitel veri analiz tekniklerinden olan betimsel analiz tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. İlköğretim okullarında öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü çalışmaların incelenmesinde araştırmacılar tarafından ilgili literatürden yararlanılarak geliştirilen “Yayın İnceleme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Yayın inceleme formu araştırmanın yıllarına, veri türlerine, araştırma desenlerine, örneklem grubuna ve son olarak temalarına göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre ilköğretim okullarında öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü çalışmalar ile ilgili en fazla tezin 2019 yılında yapıldığı ve araştırma türü olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerini tercih ettikleri görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda tezler araştırma temalarına göre incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi ile ilgili çalışmalarda “sınıf düzeni” teması ön plana çıkmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to study the graduate studies on class management of teachers in primary schools with a documentary analysis. According to the purpose of the study, a total of 106 undergraduate theses, which were carried out between 2017-2022, were studied. In this context, the main characteristics of the work that studies the class management of teachers in primary schools are discussed. The method of document analysis, which is one of the quality research methods, has been used in the research. Data analysis method is used by the visual analysis technique, which is the quality data analysis technique. In the study of the graduate studies of teachers in primary schools related to class management; the researchers developed using the relevant literature using the "Post Review Form" was used. Publishing review form is studied according to the years of research, data types, research patterns, sampling groups and finally themes. According to the research findings; teachers in primary schools find the most thesis related to graduate studies related to class management was made in 2019 and they prefer quantum research methods as a type of research. At the same time, when the theses are studied according to the research themes, the theme of "class arrangement" in the teachers' class management studies has come to the forefront.
The aim of this study is to examine the graduate studies on classroom management of teachers in primary schools, by document analysis. Within the scope of this purpose, main characteristics of the studies examining the classroom management of teachers in primary schools are discussed. The document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. As a data analysis method, descriptive analysis technique, which is one of the qualitative data analysis techniques, was used. In the examination of the said graduate studies. The "Publication Review Form" developed by the researchers benefitting from the relevant literature was used. Publication review form was examined by years of the study data types, research designs, sample group and finally their themes. According to the study findings, it is seen that the most thesis in number related to graduate studies on classroom management of teachers in primary schools were made in 2019 and they preferred quantitative research methods as the type of research. At the same time, when the theses were examined according to the research themes, the theme of "classroom layout" came to the fore in the studies on classroom management of teachers.
