Bir tarihi eser, bir kültürün en önemli ayak izidir. O kültür hakkında bilgi edinmek ve bir ön bilgi alabilmek açısından tarihi eserler büyük önem arz etmektedir. Kültüre ilgi duyan ve o tarihi eserleri görmek isteyen her birey rahatlıkla ve özgürce bu yapıtları ziyaret edebilmelidir. Bu bakımdan engeliler ve hareket kısıtlılığı olan insanların da bu eserlere ulaşabilmesi gereklidir. Yapılacak düzenlemeler ve alınacak tedbirlerle çok büyük bütçe harcamalarına gerek kalmaksızın bu mekanlar erişilebilir hale getirilebilir. Bu araştırmada, Konya tarihi kent merkezi örneğinden hareketle tarihi eserlere erişilebilirlik sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri ele alınmıştır. Araştırma ile halen tarihi eserlere erişilebilirlik noktasında eksikliklerin olduğu ve bunun çözülmesine ilişkin olumlu adımlar ile her bireyin bu yapıtlara ulaşabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
A historical work is the most important footprint of a culture. Historical works are of great importance in terms of learning about that culture and getting a pre-information. Anyone who is interested in culture and wants to see that historical works should be able to visit these works with comfort and freedom. In this regard, people with obstacles and restrictions of movement must also be able to reach these works. With the arrangements and measures to be taken, these spaces can be made accessible without having to spend too much budget. In this study, from the example of the historic city center of Konya, accessibility to historic works issues and solutions proposals were addressed. The research has concluded that there are still shortcomings in the point of access to historical works and that with positive steps to resolve it, each individual can reach these works.
A historical artifact is the most important footprint of a culture. Historical artifacts are of great importance in terms of getting information about that culture and getting a preliminary information. Every individual who is interested in culture and wants to see those historical artifacts should be able to visit these works freely and freely. In this regard, people with disabilities and limited mobility should also be able to access these works. With the regulations to be made and the measures to be taken, these spaces can be made accessible without the need for huge budget expenditures. In this article, based on the example of Konya historical city center, accessibility problems and solution suggestions to historical artifacts are discussed. With the research, it was concluded that there are still deficiencies at the point of accessibility to historical artifacts and that every individual can reach these works with positive steps to solve this.
