Abstract:

Problems and solutions to work life are one of the most fundamental topics of social policy, which has been discussed and studied throughout the ages. The study of one of the basic subjects, such as work life, in the context of the views of Ibn Haldun, who talks about himself even seven centuries after his death, is of great importance where the theory and practice are combined with one who has been a scientist and a state man. The main purpose of the study is to study the views that Ibn Haldun, who has combined theory with practice in his work "Mukaddime" on work life from a social-political perspective. First of all, the importance and significance of the work will be highlighted from the point of view of Ibn Haldun. It will continue to explain how the labor value theory born on the basis of the study was understood by Ibn Haldun. Finally, the main topic of the work life will be discussed.
