Abstract:

In this study, in the field of education, which is the core structure of all social institutions, the union efforts have been compared to the basis of Turkey and Europe and the United States. The analysis compared to foreign trade unions of the "educational trade unions" in which educational workers can interfere and influence their educational policies in their countries, their own rights and practices, their working conditions and all matters related to education will be able to keep light on the work done in the field of education, the impact/contribution of civil initiatives to the educational policies. The study and analysis of the rights of the teachers of the Turkish educational unions (you, change of place, elevation in office, etc.) They focused on the topics of improving the salaries, because the political world view is still a decisive power in the formation of Turkish educational unions, cooperation and joint work between the unions are not enough to be destroyed, and because of these reasons they have not been as effective in the creation and development of the educational policies of the country as Europe, the United States of America educational unions. As a result; in the study, traces of the functional effects of trade union structures on education policies and practices, comparative analyses of the work of trade union structures in Turkey and other countries and the determinability on education, which is the key institution of society, have been opened to the questioning door.
