Abstract:

World War II diplomacy was a period of diplomacy in which different balances were considered for each state. In a state that is difficult to maintain this delicate diplomacy thanks to its strategic position it had been in doubt Turkey. Although Turkey, led by Ismet Inönü, has built its foreign policy on being neutral in this process. The Axis and allied powers that participated in the Second World War have engaged in intense political pressure and efforts to involve Turkey in the war.
