Abstract:

International migrations have a profound impact on the relations of all communities and communities with each other. The Syrian crisis has soon become the agenda of the whole world, as it is the continuation of the Arab Spring process and as it is one of the sensitive regions of the world system in the Middle East. However, in the point of the solution of the Syrian crisis and the end of the civil war in Syria, considering the international community’s reaction, it seems that the necessary steps are not taken. He has not fulfilled the responsibility of the international community for the Syrian crisis, and has avoided taking initiative. In this sense, all communities, primarily the EU countries, have acted more with concerns about protecting their national borders and security concerns. However, Turkey has implemented an open door policy to the Syrians who have been forced to escape from the Syrian Civil War because of their safety. The fact that the international community is in an exclusive attitude to the humanitarian situation in Syria has led to Turkey’s home to 64.5% of the Syrians who have been forced to leave the country they live.
