Criticism of literature exists in every society in which literature exists. Literary criticism in the Arabs is an activity that is emerging in the poetic axis. Poetry has a very important place in the Arab society. But the first period of poetry criticism was more literary than the effect of the tribe taassub. In a period where the poem is quite common. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had made a number of religions. With the arrival of Islam. Those who do not believe in the Prophet accused him of being a poet. He is not a poet, and what he says is the word of Allah. It is clear that the verses in the first phase contain negative expressions about the poetry. But the Hz. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) revealed that the poem in the Qur’an was not bad in its essence. The Qur’an says that the Qur’an is the Qur’an for the disbelievers.
