Bu düşünceden hareketle, yurdun her köşesinde “Müdafaa-i Hukuk Cemiyetleri” şeklinde teşkilatlanmaya gidilmiştir. An itibariyle mevcut olan ulusal güç unsurları, ulusal iradenin emrinde kullanılarak yeni bir Türk devleti kurma hedefine ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Millet iradesine dayanarak kurulan yeni Türk Devletinin kuruluş aşamasına kadar geçen Milli Mücadele sürecini, siyasi ve stratejik açıdan değerlendirmektir. Döneme ait olaylar kronolojik olarak incelenmiş, Milli Mücadele olgusunun, siyasi ve stratejik ilişkisi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. These occupations spread throughout the Anadolu, the rebellions increased, the minorities began devastating activities. As a result of all these events, the thoughts of mand and guardian for the redemption of a nation that came from history to the point of disappearance were revealed. Mustafa Kemal Pasha, who did not find the reasons for these opinions reasonable, declared the solid and real decision to establish a completely independent new Turkish state based on the nation's sovereignty and adopted the basis of the nation's sovereignty as a principle in congresses. With this thought, it was going to be organized in every corner of the country in the form of "Mudafah-i Legal Communities". The elements of national power that are now in existence have been used under the command of national will to
