Abstract:

This study aims to determine the opinions of teachers in the fields of music education in the fields of school play on the content of the course. The study group consists of 15 faculty members who work in the Ondokuz May University, Abant İzzet Baysal University, Uludağ University and Marmara University Music Education Anabilim. In the research, the method of conversation was used and the visual analysis technique was applied in the analysis of the obtained data. According to the research findings, teachers have found that the school play classes in the music education maternal disciplines are functional, that the traditional play classes are partially appropriate to be included in the school play classes, that the school play classes are mandatory and that the course periods are extended to 4 years, that the school play classes are proposed to be granted broad powers to the maternal disciplines in the organization of the course content, that the music teacher candidates are found more insufficient in the school play compared to their individual play.
