Primarily, the first similarity that needs to be emphasized is both SCF and DP is basically founded by people from the CHP origin. In this study, internal and external factors that were effective in the emergence of both parties, the attitude of the ruling party in the establishment phase of both parties and the similarities and differences will be revealed by examining the programs of both parties.
