ÖNLİSANS PROGRAMLARINDA MUHASEBE EĞİTİMİ ALAN ÖĞRENCİLERİN MUHASEBE EĞİTİMİNİ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN BELİRLENMESİ: HARRAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖĞRENCİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı Harran Üniversitesi’nde farklı meslek yüksekokullarında önlisans programlarında eğitim gören öğrencilerin aldıkları muhasebe derslerinin verimliliğini etkileyen faktörlerin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla Harran Üniversitesi’nde farklı meslek yüksekokullarında eğitim gören 103 öğrenciye anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Anket çalışması 6 tanımlayıcı, 28 açıklayıcı olmak üzere toplamda 34 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada 28 açıklayıcı soruya faktör analizi uygulanarak 4 farklı faktör grubuna ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca yöntem olarak Anova testi (Varyans analizi), T-testi (Bağımsız örneklem testi) ve regresyon analizi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; ders anlatım teknikleri, dersin içeriği ve öğretici ile ilgili faktörler öğrencilerin haftada gördükleri muhasebe dersleri, aldıkları muhasebe dersi türü ve cinsiyete göre anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir. Ayrıca regresyon analizi sonucunda; cinsiyet ile öğrencilerin dersten mesleki beklentileri faktörü arasında, öğrencilerin haftada aldıkları muhasebe ders saati ile ders anlatım teknikleri ve öğretici ile ilgili faktörler arasında, muhasebe ders türü ile ders anlatım teknikleri faktörü arasında ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the efficiency of the accounting courses that students who are trained in pre-graduate programs in different professional universities at Harran University. For this purpose, a survey study was implemented to 103 students who studied in different vocational colleges at Harran University. The survey consists of a total of 34 questions, including 6 identifiers and 28 explainers. In the study, 28 explicative questions were divided into 4 different factors by applying factor analysis. Anova test (Varyans analysis), T-test (Independent sampling test) and regression analysis were also preferred as methods. According to the study, the teaching techniques, the content of the course and the factors related to the teaching show significant differences according to the accounting courses students see per week, the type of accounting courses they receive and gender. The regression analysis also concluded that there was a relationship between gender and the factor of professional expectations of students from the course, the accounting class hour that students receive per week and the teaching techniques and the factors related to the teaching, the accounting class type and the factor of the teaching techniques.

For this purpose, a survey study was applied to 103 students studying in different vocational schools at Harran University. The survey consists of total 34 questions which in 6 descriptive and 28 explanatory. In the study, factor analysis was applied to 28 explanatory questions and divided into 4 different factor groups. In addition, Anova test (Variance analysis), T-test (Independent sample test) and regression analysis were preferred as a method. In the results of study; lecture techniques, course content and tutorial related factors show significant differences according to accounting lessons students take per week, type of accounting lessons and gender. In addition, as a result of regression analysis; it has been concluded that there is a relationship between gender and the professional expectations of students from the course, between the accounting lesson hours that students take per week and the lectures techniques and tutorial related factors between the accounting lesson type and the lecture techniques factor.
