So many results that aren't mine?

Kamu işletmeciliği ve girişimci devlet teorileri ile devletin ekonomideki rolü, özel sektörün faaliyetlerinin teşvik edilmesi olarak tanımlanırken 1990’lı yılların sonunda yönetişim kavramı bu tanıma küresel aktörleri de dahil etmiştir. Dünya Bankası, Ekonomik İşbirliği ve Kalkınma Teşkilatı (OECD), Dünya Ticaret Örgütü (DTÖ), Birleşmiş Milletler (BM), Avrupa Birliği (AB) gibi küresel aktörler yönetişim modellerini piyasa ekonomisinin güçlendirilmesi ve özel sektörün desteklenmesi yönünde kullanarak ticari verimliliğin artırılması için devletin görevini formüle etmektedir. Standardizasyon, ticaretin verimliliğinin artırılması ve küresel ticaret üzerindeki artan etkisi ile küresel aktörlerin önemli politika yönlendirme alanlarından biridir. DTÖ, BM ve AB gibi küresel karar aktörleri, standardizasyon sisteminin verimliliğinin artırılması ile küresel ticaretin geliştirilmesini, sanayinin rekabet gücünün artırılmasını, mevzuat altyapısının özel sektör lehine düzenlenmesini ve ticarette uluslararası uyumun sağlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Bu makale giriş bölümünde küresel aktörlerin yönetişim teorileri paralelinde standardizasyon sistemini tanıtırken bölümlerde küresel aktörlerin standardizasyon stratejilerini okuyucuya sunmakta ve bu dokümanlar üzerinden uluslararası karar aktörlerinin yönetişim politikalarını ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract:

Public business and entrepreneurial state theories and the role of the state in the economy are defined as the promotion of the activities of the private sector, while at the end of the 1990s the concept of management has also included global actors in this recognition. Global actors such as the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU) are formulating the government’s mission to increase trade efficiency by using governance models in the direction of strengthening the market economy and supporting the private sector. Standardization is one of the key fields of policy guidance for global actors with the increased impact of trade efficiency and on global trade. Global decision makers such as the WTO, the United Nations and the EU aim to improve the efficiency of the standardization system and develop global trade, increase industry competitiveness, regulate the legislative infrastructure in favour of the private sector and ensure international consistency in trade. This article introduced the standardization system in parallel with the management theories of global actors in the entry section, while in the sections it presented to the reader the standardization strategies of global actors, and through these documents it reveals the management policies of international decision-makers.

Theories of public administration and entrepreneurial state defined the role of state as the promoter of private sector. At the end of 1990’s, the term of governance added global decision actors into this definition. To increase the productivity of global trade; policy actors such as World Bank (WB), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), World Trade Organisation (WTO), United Nations (UN), European Union (EU) formulate governance policies to boost private sector and strengthen market economy. Standardization, with its effect on trade and global productivity, is an important policy area. WTO, UN and EU have objectives of boosting competitiveness, providing computability and regulating legislative framework by improving the productivity of the standardization system. This article introduces the governance theories of global actors and the standardization system in general first. Then it presents the standardization strategies of global actors by their policy documents and aims to provide their governance policies.
