Abstract:

Osmanlılar döneminde Anadolu’da ziraatı yapılan tarım ürünlerinin içerisinde meyve-sebzeüretiminin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Meyveler içerisindefazla üretimi yapılan ürünler,üzüm ve ceviz iken, sebzeler içerisinde ise soğan ve sarımsak diğer ürünlere göre öne çıkmaktadır.İncelenen dönem içerisinde, badem, kayısı, erik, elma, armut, kiraz, dut, nar, kestane,fındık, kavun, karpuz, bezelye gibi ürünlerin de ziraatı yapılmaktadır.
