Abstract:

This research was carried out in order to determine the organizational opposition and organizational loneliness perception levels of teachers during the distance learning process. It has been tried to determine whether the opinions of teachers show significant differences in terms of gender, graduated faculty, educational status, branch, age and professional age variables. In this context, the general scan model is preferred as a research model. The universe of research is formed by teachers who work in Sakarya province. The study’s sampling consists of a total of 192 teachers using the easy sampling method from non-accidental sampling methods. The scale of organizational opposition and the scale of loneliness in the business life were used to collect data. The data collected statistics are made. According to the study, the organizational opposition perceptions of teachers in the process of remote education do not show significant differences according to gender and graduate faculty variants, while graduate state variants show significant differences according to the variable, the organizational opposition perceptions of pre-graduate teachers have been found at a higher level than graduate teachers. The perceptions of organizational loneliness of teachers are not significantly differentiated according to gender, graduation status, graduated faculty, branch and professional age variables, the perceptions of organizational opposition of teachers and the perceptions of organizational loneliness are a positive and medium-level relationship, the organizational opposition is a significant contributor to organizational loneliness. The study emphasized the importance of teachers to be supported by quality studies in terms of better understanding of organizational opposition behaviors and causes of organizational loneliness, especially in the process of distance learning.
