So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Bilateral senkron meme kanseri meme kanserleri içerisinde nadir izlenen bir durumdur. Ancak meme görüntüleme tekniklerindeki gelişmelere bağlı olarak senkronbilateral meme kanseri insidansı artmaktadır. Genellikle her iki tümörün histopatolojik tipleri genellikle aynıdır. Günümüzde bilateralsenkron meme kanseri her iki tümör ayrı primer kabul edilerek tedavi edilmekte ve en sık uygulanan cerrahi prosedür bilateralmodifiye radikal mastektomidir.Olgumuzda 39 yaşında sağ memede invazivlobülerkarsinom tanısı konulan hastada evreleme ve uzak metastaz taraması amaçıyla yapılan PET-CT’de sol memede insidentalmalinite şüpheli lezyon saptanan ve bu lezyondan alınan biyopsi invazivduktalkarsinom olarak raporlanan hastaya sağ modifiye radikal mastektomi, sol memeye meme koruyucu cerrahi ve sol aksillersentineal lenf nodu örneklemesi uygulandı.
