Abstract:

This research has been conducted with special education graduate and non graduate teachers working in special education classes in order to determine the instructional process requirements of special education graduate and non graduate teachers working in special education classes in public schools in Düzce province. This research is designed as a case study which is one of the methods in qualitative research. Unstructured interview technique has been used in data collection. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and interpreted according to predefined themes. As a result of this research it is determined that teachers often need assistance in cooperating with group teachers / assistant staff, other teachers, families and the Guidance Research Center (RAM) on planning and evaluation of instruction, procedural simplicity for materials and to teach in real environments; through the instruction process, special education graduate teachers need cooperation and administrative facilities and special education non graduate teachers need support in terms of assistant staff, information and material.
