Günümüzde yenilik işletmelere rekabet avantajı sağlayan en büyük silah olarak görülmektedir. Yenilik, ancak yenilikçi bir ortamda gerçekleşebilir. Bu ortamın gelişmesinde sosyal sermaye önem taşır. Yüksek seviyeli bir sosyal sermaye güven, ortak dil ve normlar gibi bireyleri yenilikçi davranmaya itecek boyutlar içermektedir. Çalışmada hastanelerdeki sosyal sermaye ve yenilikçi iklimin yenilikçi davranışa etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu maksatla hızlı bir değişim sürecinde olan Kütahya’daki iki kamu ve iki özel hastanedeki 398 çalışana uygulanan anket verileri analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada değişkenlerin tamamı yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara yapısal sosyal sermaye ve bilişsel sosyal sermayenin yenilikçi iklim boyutları ve yenilikçi davranışa anlamlı etkisi bulunamamış bununla birlikte ilişkisel sosyal sermayenin yenilikçi iklim boyutlarını ve yenilikçi davranışı olumlu ve güçlü bir şekilde etkilediği saptanmıştır
today innovation is seen as the biggest weapon that provides competitive advantage to businesses innovation but it can take place in an innovative environment, social capital is important in the development of this environment, a high-level social capital trust has the dimensions to push individuals to behave innovatively such as common language and norms in the study that the social capital and innovative climate in hospitals have been researched in the innovative behavior of this maxatla rapid change process, the survey data applied to 398 employees in two public and two private hospitals were analyzed in the research, all of variables were analyzed with structural equality model, and the social impact of the social climate, and the innovative behavior, which has been found in a positive manner, and a positive impact of the social impact of the innovative environment
