Bu çalışma bir devlet üniversitesinde lisans eğitimi gören son sınıf öğrencilerin girişimcilik, profesyonellik ve liderlik algılarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma tanımlayıcı tipte olup, 765 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri, veri toplama formu ve “Girişimcilik (Entrepreneurship), Profesyonellik (Professionalism) ve Liderlik (Leadership) Ölçeği (EPL)” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ortalama, standart sapma, sayı, yüzde, iki ortalama arasındaki farkın anlamlılık testi, One-way ANOVA testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 23.06±1.78’dir. Öğrencilerin EPL toplam puan ortalaması 3.40±0.45 iken alt faktörler arasında girişimcilik 3.25±0.45, profesyonellik 3.67±0.60 ve liderlik 3.34±0.48’dir. EPL toplam puanında Mühendislik ve Doğa Bilimleri Fakültesi (3.49±0.48) ve İşletme Fakültesi (3.52±0.47) öğrencilerinin puan ortalamaları Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesine (3.27±0.49) göre yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0.05). EPL ölçeğinin tüm ana ve alt faktörleri arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki belirlenmiştir (p<0.05). Çalışma sonucunda fakülte ve bölümlerde EPL puanlarındaki farklılıklar dikkat çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda kariyer hedefleri için öğrencilerde farkındalığın arttırılması önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir.
This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the entrepreneurship, professionalism and leadership perceptions of high-level students who receive a bachelor's degree in a public university. The study is of an identifiable type, with 765 students conducted. The research data, data collection form and the "Entrepreneurship (Entrepreneurship), Professionalism (Professionalism) and Leadership (Leadership) Scale (EPL)" are collected. The data assessment used the mean, standard deviation, number, percentage, two mean differences meaning test, one-way ANOVA test and Pearson correlation analysis. The average age of students is 23.06±1.78. The average EPL score of students is 3.40±0.45, while entrepreneurship is 3.25±0.45, professionalism is 3.67±0.60 and leadership is 3.34±0.48. EPL's total score was higher than the School of Engineering and Natural Sciences (3.49±0.48) and the School of Business (3.52±0.47)'s students' average score (3.27±0.49) compared to the School of Political Information (3.27±0.49) (p<0.05). A positive relationship is determined between all the main and subfactors of the EPL scale (p<0.05). The results of the study note the differences in EPL scores in faculties and departments. In this context, it is considered important to increase awareness in students for their career goals.

Mean, standard deviation, number, percentage, significance test of the difference between two means, One-way ANOVA test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to evaluate the data. The average age of the students was 23.06±1.78. While the EPL total score average of the students was 3.40±0.45; entrepreneurship was 3.25±0.45, professionalism was 3.67±0.60 and leadership was 3.34±0.48 in sub-factors. In the EPL total score, the mean scores of the students of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences (3.49±0.48) and the Faculty of Business (3.52±0.47) were found to be higher than the Faculty of Political Sciences (3.27±0.49) (p<0.05). A positive correlation was found between main-factors and sub-factors of the EPL scale (p<0.05). As a result of the study, the differences in EPL scores in faculties and departments draw attention. In this context, it is thought that raising awareness in students is important for career goals.
