Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Bu çerçevede gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve Türkiye çapında 750 çalışanı bulunan bir işletmenin çalışanlarına anket uygulanmıştır. Üç bölümden oluşan anketin ilk bölümü çalışanların demografik özelliklerini, ikinci bölümü örgütsel adalet algılarını, üçüncü bölümü ise örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerini ölçmeye yöneliktir. Anket sonuçları SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların işlemsel, etkileşimsel ve genel örgütsel adalet algıları ile duygusal bağlılık düzeyleri düşük; dağıtımsal adalet algıları ile devamlılık, normatif ve genel örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri ise orta seviyede bulunmuştur. Çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Yine katılımcıların bazı demografik özellikleri ile örgütsel adalet algıları ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the organizational justice perceptions of employees and the levels of organizational commitment. In this framework, a survey was implemented to employees of an enterprise that operates in the food sector and has 750 employees across Turkey. The first part of the survey, which consists of three sections, focuses on measuring the demographic characteristics of employees, the second part on the perceptions of organizational justice, and the third part on the levels of organizational commitment. The results of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical package program. The study found that participants' processual, interactive and general organizational justice perceptions and emotional commitment levels were low; the distribution justice perceptions and continuity, normative and general organizational commitment levels were medium. There has been a meaningful relationship between the organizational justice perceptions of employees and the levels of organizational commitment in a positive middle-level. Again, some demographic characteristics of participants and organizational justice perceptions and levels of organizational commitment have been identified.

In this context, a survey was implemented on a firm, which operates in the food sector and has 750 employees across Turkey. The first section of the three-section survey was intended to measure the demographic features of employees, the second section was intended to measure their perception of organizational rights and the third section was intended to measure the organizational commitment levels of the employees. The results of the survey was analyzed using by SPSS 22.0 statistics packet software. In this study; the participants procedural, interactions, general organizational rights and emotional commitment levels were identified as low; distributive rights perception, normative and general organizational commitment levels were found to be at an intermediate level. It was found that there was a moderate positive relationship between employees' perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment levels. In addition to this, ıt was also identified that there is a meaningful relationship among the demographic features, organizational rights perception and organizational commitment levels.
