Target: Pancreatic cancer is still a major health problem that has not yet been solved today, and various protocols are implemented in the treatment. This is why we aimed at evaluating the data of our patients with pancreatic cancer. 24 patients observed between 1997 and 2002 [Male/woman: 18/6, average age 57.46 (37-75) years] were retrospective. The media monitoring period was 12 (3-55) months. 17 of the cases (70.8) were operated. When we assessed the pathological diagnoses of cases, 22 (91.7%) were adenocarcinoma and 2 (8.3%) were indifference carcinoma. As the application complaint, 70.7 percent of patients found stomach pain, 58.3 percent yellow, and 33.3 percent weight loss. At the time of application, 9 patients (37.5%) were in stage IV. Chemotherapy was applied to all patients, radiotherapy was applied to 11 patients (45,8 per cent). After treatment, 7 patients (29.2 percent) had hematological toxicity, 5 patients (20.8 percent) had gastrointestinal toxicity and 1 patient (4.2 percent) had convulsion. The median survival period was 13 months (SE: 13, 95% CI: 0-39) and the 1 year survival rate was 68.7%. In non-metastatic groups (evers I, II, III) the median survival period was 12 months (SE: 4, 95% CI: 4-20) and 1 year of symptomatic life was 48%. In the metastatic group (evre IV) the median survival period was 11 months (SE: 4, 95% CI: 3-19) and the 1 year survival was 33.3%. The results of the evaluation of the data of patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in our hospital have been found compatible with the literature. Methods: Bulgarians: Results:
