So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Örgüt kültürü, iş yaşamında çalışanların faaliyetlerinin çözümlenmesini ve anlaşılmasını sağlayan güçlü bir araçtır. Örgütlerin yenilikçi davranışları çalışanların ve örgütün yapısına bağlıdır. Örgütün yenilikçi davranışı örgütün algılanan stratejisidir. Entelektüel sermaye ile birlikte örgütsel bilgiyi kullanma örgütün stratejisinin anlaşılmasına ve çalışanların yenilikçi davranışının etkilenmesini sağlar. Bu bağlamda çalışanlar ve yenilikçi davranışları örgütsel performans için hayati öneme sahiptir. Araştırma, örgüt kültürü, çalışan davranışı ve yenilikçi davranış ilişkisinin incelenmesi üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Araştırma evrenini Kocaeli-Arslanbey Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde bulunan üretim sektörü çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya kolayda örneklem metoduna uygun olarak gönüllü katılımcılar dahil edilmiştir. Örneklem 252 çalışandan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları örgüt kültürü-çalışan davranışı, çalışan davranışı-yenilikçi iş davranış ve örgüt kültürü-yenilikçi iş davranış arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğunu göstermiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına ilişkin çıkarımlar ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract:

Organization culture is a powerful tool which ensures analysis and understanding of employees’ activities in business life. The innovative behaviours of organizations depend on the quality of the employees and organization. The innovative behaviour of the organization is a perceived strategy of the organization. Using the organizational knowledge together with the intellectual fund enables the organization’s strategy to be understood and employees’ innovative behaviours to be affected. In this respect, employees and their innovative behaviours have utmost significance for the organizational performance. This study has been formed with the aim of analysing the relationship between organization culture, employee behaviour, and innovative behaviour. Research population is formed of the employees who work in the manufacturing sector in Kocaeli-Arslanbey Organized Industrial Site. Volunteered participants have been included in the study, which is appropriate for the convenience sampling method. The sample consists of 252 employees. The results of the study have revealed that there is a positive and meaningful relationships between organization culture and employee behaviour, employee behaviour and innovative business behaviour, and organization culture and innovative business behaviour. Moreover, in the study several deductions and suggestions have been made based on the results of the study.
