Poetry is an important art by transmitting the emotional, intellectual, cultural and social textures of the society in which it is formed to the next generations. Arabic poetry is a very broad content in this regard and is a poem in which many different branches of art are used. Historically, it contains different scenes. One of the most important forms of Arabic poetry is undoubtedly the case. It also contains a number of different forms in its interior. In terms of structural characteristics, the case has been dealt with from the period of ignorance, starting with the vukuful atlal or nesip, the area has been depicted and continued with the gazel part, and after the depiction of the devil and travel has been dealt with a method passed to the medih part. We will discuss the poem in the main topic of the cast. Medh is an old event with the present human son with the fact of praising him that he loves, which is a reflection of the love that exists in the human fetus. In Arab poetry, Medih is an art that has existed since the period of ignorance, and with the changing time and conditions, with some small changes, continued to exist until today. In this work, we will divide the poetry of Medih in two sections as human and nebebian, and we will divide and study the periods in such a way that will be the Period of Medih ignorance, the Period of Emevi, the Period of Abbasi and the Period of Endulus. We will give examples of the famous poets of every time. We will also consider the method of Nebevî as the period of spread of Islam, and will also talk about the successive periods.
