Yapılan araştırmalar gösterdi ki bilgi ve teknoloji günümüze ışık tutmakta ve yaşanılan hızlı gelişmeler ve yeni buluşlar insanların birçok alanda hayatını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Yaşanan değişim ve gelişim süreci yeni bilgilerin oluşması ve bunların paylaşılması ve yayılması eğitim, toplum ve kamu alanları gibi birçok alanda en temel unsur haline gelmiştir. Yeni teknolojik gelişmelerle toplumun ve eğitim sisteminin bu gelişmelerden ayrı düşünmek ve bu hızlı gelişmelerden etkilenmemek mümkün değildir. Bilgi teknolojisi bireylerin yeterliliklerini artırarak bilgi toplumuna ulaşmada insanı daha donanımlı bir hale getirmektedir. Bilginin öğrenciye ulaştırılmasında, öğrencinin araştırma beceriş kazanmasında ve bilgiye hızlı ve etkili araçlarla ulaşmasında öğretmene büyük bir görev düşmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, akıllı tahta kullanımının öğretim sürecine etkisini öğretmenlerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak ortaya koyabilmektir. Nitel bir çalışma olan bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Batman İli merkez ve ilçelerine bağlı ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapmakta olan ve sınıfında akıllı tahta bulunan 15 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Formun güvenilirliği için pilot uygulama niteliğinde sekiz görüşme apılmıştır. Görüşmeler ses kayıt cihazına kaydedilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, nitel veri toplama tekniklerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. İlkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan öğretmenlerin Görüşme verilerinin çözümlenmesinde betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin okullarında akıllı tahtalar kullanırken gözlemledikleri teknolojinin hızlı gelişmesine paralel olarak eğitimin her kademesinde akıllı tahtaların kullanılmaya başlanması ile öğrencilerin daha hızlı ve etkili bir öğrenme gerçekleştirdikleri görülmüştür. Öğretmenlere akıllı tahta kullanımının öğretim sürecine olumlu etki ettiğini, daha etkili bir sınıf ortamı oluşturduğunu, görsel materyal avantajı sağladığını,öğrencilerin derse aktif katılımlarının sağlandığı, öğretim sürecini canlı tuttuğunu, daha hızlı ve etkili bir öğrenme ortamı oluşturduğunu,zamanı etkili kullanmayı sağladığı,donanım ve ekonomiklik açısından tasarruflu olduğunu belirtmişlerdir.Ayrıca olumsuz olarak akıllı tahtanın öğretmeni hazıra alıştırdığını, öğrencileri kitaptan uzaklaştırdığını, ortaya koymuştur.
Research has shown that information and technology keeps light to the present day, and the rapid developments and new inventions are making life easier for people in many areas. The current process of change and development has become the most fundamental element in many areas, such as education, society and public spaces, the formation and sharing of new information. With the new technological developments, it is impossible to think apart from these developments of society and the education system and not be affected by these rapid developments. Information technology increases the skills of individuals and makes people more equipped in accessing the information society. The teacher has a great role in the transmission of information to the student, acquiring the student’s research skills and accessing information by rapid and effective means. The purpose of this research is to be able to reveal the impact of smart wood use on the teaching process based on the opinions of teachers. The work group of this research, which is a qualified study, is composed of 15 teachers who are working in the primary and secondary schools associated with the Batman Center and its districts in the 2018-2019 educational year and have a smart table in their classroom. In this study, a semi-configured conversation form was used. Eight interviews have been planned as a pilot application for the reliability of the form. The conversations are recorded on the audio recording device. The research data was collected using a semi-configured conversation technique from the quality data collection techniques. Imaginary analysis technique has been used in the analysis of the Interview data of teachers who work in primary and secondary schools and who participate voluntarily in the research. Parallel to the rapid development of the technology they observe when teachers use smart plates in schools, the use of smart plates in every stage of education has shown that students have achieved a faster and more effective learning. They pointed out to the teachers that the use of smart sheet positively affects the teaching process, creates a more effective classroom environment, provides the visual material advantage, provides the active participation of students in the classroom, keeps the teaching process alive, creates a faster and more effective learning environment, enables the time to be used effectively, is economically efficient in terms of equipment and economics.

The study group of this research, which is a qualitative study, consists of 15 teachers who work in primary and secondary schools in the center and districts of Batman in the 2018-2019 academic year and have smart boards in their classrooms. In this study, a semi-structured interview form was used. For the reliability of the form, eight interviews were conducted as a pilot application. The data of the research were collected using semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative data collection techniques. The interviews were recorded on a voice recorder. Descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze the interview data of teachers working in primary and secondary schools and voluntarily participated in the research. In parallel with the rapid development of technology, which teachers observed while using smart boards in their schools, it has been observed that students learn faster and more effectively with the use of smart boards at all levels of education. Teachers believe that the use of smart boards has a positive effect on the teaching process, creates a more effective classroom environment, provides a visual material advantage, ensures active participation of the students in the lesson, keeps the teaching process alive, creates a faster and more effective learning environment, provides effective use of time, provides equipment and economy. indicated that it was economical. In addition, negatively, it was revealed that the smart board made the teacher accustomed to the readiness and distracted the students from the book
