Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify the qualification problems in postgraduate education and develop recommendations for solving these problems. In this regard, researchers “How do you define the concept of Qualification?“What are the factors that influence the quality of graduate education?” “What should be done to improve the quality of graduate education?” They searched for answers to their questions. This study was conducted by the use of the method of research (fenomenology) in the framework of the quality research approach. The work group was determined by using the maximum variety of sampling techniques from the target sampling methods. In this direction, the research work group consists of 8 faculty members in different titles and fields. The data is collected by a semi-configured conversation method. The data collected is analyzed by visual analysis method. According to this, teachers have seen their qualification problems in postgraduate education in the form of problems arising from the 1st system, problems arising from the 2nd teacher and problems arising from the 3rd student. The participants also presented a number of recommendations on the solution of the qualification problems in postgraduate education; 1. equipped and selected faculty members training, 2. assurance of the qualification of the instrument, 3. review of the criteria in the student selection, 4. assurance of economic opportunities and equality of opportunities, 5. to be an independent unit of institutions to eliminate administrative problems, 6. to ensure unlimited access to resources and 7. to slow the quantitative growth rate of institutions. According to all these findings, researchers have concluded that more focus should be on the subject of qualification in our country's postgraduate education.
