Abstract:

In this study, a remote imaging system was designed and implemented in the steam automation system, which transmits the steam pressure, steam input and output temperature, angry steam temperature, nutrient water temperature and pressure information to the PDA of the person responsible at 230.4Kbps at the desired time or at the moment of danger, regardless of the automation software. The prepared software and the GSM network that provides the EGPRS service, the automation information on the PC screen was sent to the responsible with the MMS message in 90 seconds. This system has made it easier for business owners or responsible persons to access the information of the steam machine automation. Wherever the automation system is, as long as the GSM network is available, it has been shown that the system will be able to transmit automation information. Since the implemented system is independent of other programs and hardware running on the PC, any type of factory automation system can be adjusted
