Günübirlik cerrahi, günübirlik cerrahi kriterlerine uyan hastaların, elektif olarak cerrahi girişime alınmasını ve girişim sonrası aynı gün hastaneden çıkışlarının gerçekleştirildiği girişimler olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Günübirlik olarak gerçekleştirilen ameliyatlardan birisi olan laparoskopik kolesistektomi, günümüzde anestezi yöntemlerinin, cerrahi tekniklerin ve bakım sistemlerinin gelişimi sonucu yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Günübirlik laparoskopik kolesistektomi minimal insizyon ve buna bağlı daha az ağrı, düşük stres tepkisi, komplikasyon oranlarının yatış yapılarak yürütülen laparoskopik kolesistektomiden farklı olmaması, yatış süresinin kısa olması ve bu sayede hasta memnuniyetini arttırması gibi nedenlerle tüm dünyada tercih edilmektedir. Hastalar ameliyat sonrası aynı gün taburcu edildikleri için ameliyat sonrası sık karşılaşılan ağrı, bulantı-kusma, kanama gibi semptomların dikkatlice izlenmesi, bu semptomların farmakolojik ve non farmakolojik yönetimi önemli hemşirelik girişimleridir. Günübirlik laparoskopik kolesistektomi işlemi öncesi hastaların gereksinimlerine ve gelişebilecek komplikasyonlara yönelik kapsamlı eğitim verilmesi, iyileşme sürecinin kısalmasına, etkili bir semptom yönetimi sağlanmasına ve yeniden hastane yatışlarının önlenmesine olanak sağlar. Bu makalede günübirlik laparoskopik kolesistektomi ilgili hemşirelik bakımını sunmak hedeflenmiştir.
Daily co-operation is defined as initiatives where patients who meet the daily co-operation surgical criteria are selectively submitted to the surgical initiative and the same day after the initiative are taken out of the hospital. Laparoscopic cholestectomy, one of the operations performed on a daily basis, is widely used today as a result of the development of anesthetic methods, surgical techniques and care systems. Day-to-day laparoscopic cholecystectomy is preferred throughout the world for reasons such as minimal insection and associated less pain, low stress reaction, the rates of complications are not different from laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed by sinking, the sinking period is short and thus increases the patient's satisfaction. The patient’s careful monitoring of symptoms such as frequent pain, nausea, bleeding after surgery, because they are released the same day after surgery, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological management of these symptoms is important nursing initiatives. A comprehensive training on the patient's needs and possible complications before the laparoscopic cholestectomy procedure enables the shortening of the healing process, effective symptom management and prevention of re-hospitalization. This article aims to provide daily laparoscopic cholestectomy related nursing care.
Outpatient surgery is defined as elective surgical intervention of patients who meet the criteria of out patient surgery, and discharged from hospital on the same day after intervention. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which is one of the outpatient operations, is widely used today as a result of the development of anesthesia methods, surgical techniques and care systems. Outpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy is preferred all over the world because of minimal incision and less pain associated with it, low stress respons etheir complication rates’ being not different from laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed by overnight procedures and increasing patient satisfaction. Since patients are discharged on the same day after surgery, careful monitoring of symptoms such as common pain, nausea-vomiting, bleeding, and pharmacological and non-pharmacological management of these symptoms are important nursing interventions. Comprehensive training for patients' needs and possible complications before the outpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure would shorten the healing process, provide effective symptom management and prevent readmission.
