Bu araştırmada, Kırgızistan’ı ziyaret eden yabancı turistlerin memnuniyet algıları incelenmiştir. Veriler 203 turistten anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğunun %80,3 Kırgızistan’ı başkalarına tavsiye etme konusunda olumlu bir düşünceye sahip oldukları saptanmıştır. Kırgızistan’ı ziyaret eden yabancı turistlerin destinasyon memnuniyet algıları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, katılımcıların destinasyondan orta düzeyde memnun kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların en fazla memnun kaldıkları konuların “misafirperverlik ve müşteri hizmetleri”, “yeme-içme hizmetleri” ve “konaklama hizmetleri” en az memnun kaldıkları konuların ise “destinasyondaki tesis ve olanaklardan memnuniyet” ile “yerel taşıma hizmetleri” olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, destinasyon memnuniyet algısının katılımcıların bazı demografik özelliklerine yaş, meslek, eğitim durumu, medeni durum, aylık ortalama gelir ve katılımcıların destinasyonu ziyaret deneyimlerine destinasyona geliş sayısı, destinasyona seyahatin organize edilme biçimi, destinasyonu ziyaret amacı, destinasyondaki konaklama süresi ve destinasyon hakkında bilgi edinilen kaynaklar göre farklılıklar gösterdiği saptanmıştır.
This study examined the sensations of satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting Kyrgyzstan. The data was collected by 203 tourists using the survey technique. According to the findings, the vast majority of participants found that they had a positive opinion about recommending Kyrgyzstan to others. When the destination satisfaction perceptions of foreign tourists visiting Kyrgyzstan were generally assessed, participants were found to be happy at a medium level with the destination. The topics that the participants are most satisfied are “hospitalization and customer service”, “food and drink services” and “hospitalization services”; the topics that they are least satisfied are “satisfaction with the facilities and facilities at the destination” and “local transport services”. However, the perception of destination satisfaction has been found that some demographic characteristics of the participants differ according to the age, profession, educational status, civil status, average monthly income and the number of participants arriving to the destination experience, the way of traveling to the destination, the purpose of visiting the destination, the time of stay in the destination and the sources obtained information about the destination.
In this research satisfaction levels of foreign tourists visiting Kyrgyzstan was examined. The data were collected from 203 tourists using a questionnaire. According to findings, the majority of participants %80,3 intends to recommend Kyrgyzstan to other people. When general scores on satisfaction level of foreign tourists visiting Kyrgyzstan, were evaluated it has seen that participants were moderately satisfied with the destination. The most satisfactory topics are ‘hospitality and customer services’, ‘food and beverage services’ and ‘accommodation services’ and the least satisfactory issues are ‘satisfaction with the facilities and opportunities in the destination’ and ‘local transport services’. However, it was determined that the satisfaction perceptions varies according to some demographic characteristics age, occupation, level of education, marital status, monthly average income and travel experiences frequency of visits, type of travel, purpose of visit, duration of stay in destination and sources of information about destination of the participants
