Abstract:

The research was conducted in order to study the attitudes of teachers working in the pre-school institution towards family participation work. The method of survey (survey) was used. A total of 893 teachers from seven regions participated in the study. The validity and reliability analysis developed for the study, "The Attitude Scale on Family Participation Studies for Teachers", the Cronbach Alfa reliability ratio is .89. The analysis of the data was carried out in the SPSS 15.00 program with the "One-Right Variance Analysis" and the "Unrelated (Independent) Examples T-Test". Teachers’ attitudes towards family participation work have been identified. According to the research findings, there was no significant difference between teachers’ attitudes towards family participation studies, gender, staff, institution and senior status according to the categories. According to the age of the teachers, there is a significant difference.
