Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the levels of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) in the soil, grape and sheep serums in the Mush region. The measurement of the levels of minerals of the soil, soil and goat blood serum samples taken from all districts, primarily the central villages where the merry feed is done, was made in the atomic absorption spectrometer. Compatibility with the values in the literature in terms of mineral substances analysed in all of the soil and grain samples taken from the center and districts of Muş has been determined. In serum samples taken from sheep, Zn and Cu levels are identified below the standard value specified in the literature, while other mineral substances (Ca, Mg and Fe) are subject to compliance with literature data. As a result, the Ca, Mg and Fe minerals in serum samples taken from cows in the Mush region are similar to the standard values for cows that the rations of cows do not require the addition of these minerals, but the Zn and Cu levels are found below the normal standard values that the addition of these minerals will be suitable for the rations of animals.
