IX. ve XI. yüzyıllar arasında Mâverâünnehir bölgesi Sâmânîler Devletinin hakimiyeti altında her alanda en parlak dönemini yaşamıştır. Bu çalışmada bu dönemde ki ekonomik faaliyetler arasında yer alan tarım ve hayvancılığın bölgenin ve bölge insanının yaşamındaki yeri ve önemi coğrafya ve tarihi kaynaklar ışığında inceleme konusu yapılmıştır. Mâverâünnehir bölgesinin su kaynakları bakımından sıkıntısının olmaması ve verimli topraklara sahip olması her dönemde insanların yerleşim merkezi olarak seçmelerine neden olmuştur. Toprakları o kadar verimlidir ki yetiştirilen ürünler başka bölgelere de ihraç edilmekteydi. Çalışmamızın başlıkları şu şekildedir: Giriş, Mâverâünnehir bölgesinin Coğrafi Sınırları ve İklimi, Tarım ve Hayvancılık, Sonuç ve Kaynaklar. İlk olarak Mâverâünnehir bölgesi diye ifade edilen yerin neresi olduğunun açıklanması gereği duyulmuştur. Ayrıca coğrafyanın insanların yaşam şeklini ve ekonomik faaliyetlerini de etkilediğini düşünecek olursak Mâverâünnehir bölgesinin coğrafi sınırlarını çizmeden ve coğrafyasından bahsetmeden çalışmaya başlamak olmazdı. Böylece buradaki yerleşim merkezlerini de belirlemiş olduk. Bu incelememizi yaparken özellikle Mâverâünnehir bölgesinin önemli yerleşim merkezlerinden olan Buhârâ ve Semerkant ele alınarak konu anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
The IX. and XI. For centuries, the Mâverâünnehir region has lived the brightest period in every area under the domination of the Sâmîli State. In this study, the role and importance of agriculture and livestock in the region and in the region in the light of geographical and historical sources was examined. The lack of water resources in the Mâverâünnehir region and the possession of productive land in every period has led people to choose as the settlement center. The land was so productive that the cultivated products were exported to other regions. The headlines of our study are as follows: Introduction, Geographical Boundaries and Climate of the Mâverâünnehir Region, Agriculture and Animal Agriculture, Results and Resources. First of all, it is necessary to explain where the area of the Mâverânehir is expressed. Also, if we consider that geography affects the way people live and their economic activities, we would not begin to work without drawing the geographical boundaries of the Mâverânehir region and without talking about its geography. We also set up the settlements here. When we do this study, we have been trying to discuss the subject, especially by addressing the Bukhara and Semerkant, which are important settlements in the Mâverâünnehir region.
IX. and XI. between the centuries, the Transoxiana region had its heyday in every field under the domination of the Sâmânîlar State. In this study, the place and importance of agriculture and animal husbandry, which are among the economic activities in this period, in the life of the region and the people of the region are examined in the light of geography and historical resources. The fact that the Transoxiana region has no shortage of water resources and has fertile land has caused people to choose it as a settlement center in every period. Its lands are so fertile that the grown crops were exported to other regions. The titles of our study are as follows: Introduction, Geographical Boundaries and Climate of the Transoxiana Region, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Results and Resources. First of all, it was felt that it was necessary to explain where the place, called the Transoxiana region, was. Besides, if we consider that the geography affects the way of life and economic activities of people, it would not be possible to start working without drawing the geographical boundaries of the Transoxiana region and mentioning its geography. Thus, we have determined the settlements here. While conducting this investigation, the subject was tried to be explained by discussing especially Bukhârâ and Samarkand, which are among the important settlements of Transoxiana.
