It appears that the graphic design, which has reached a new visual understanding under the influence of revolutionary movements such as Kubism, Futurism, Dada, Surrealism, which emerged at the end of the century, has turned into moving designs, by the initiatives of the Expressionist, Dada and Surrealist artists. 19th. It is observed in the century cinema that the moving graphic design, which gives its first examples with the information and promotional writings, has become part of the narrative language along with the experimental cinema work. As technical capabilities increase, moving graphic design appears to have its place among the indispensable objects of the cinema first and then. The developments in computer technology place traditional methods in mobile graphic design to software in the numeric environment, whereas graphic artists begin to replace the designs physically created, their boundaries again to production that is determined by imagination but the material is taken from an unlimited virtual world. In this study, which will address the technical changes that occur in the production phase, as well as the fields of use that develop with the cinematic generics of the mobile graphic design, which are consolidated with television and are increasing today with digitalization, the revolutionary impulses of mobile graphic designs that are formed with digitalization (digitalization) will be highlighted.
