Araştırma, Türkiye’de sivil havacılık sektöründe personeli konu alan işletme alanındaki akademik çalışmaları ele almakta ve bu çalışmalar çerçevesinde genel bir değerlendirme yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. İlgili çalışmaların hangi değişkenleri ele aldığı ve ne gibi sonuçlara ulaştığı özetlenmektedir. Araştırmanın literatür kısmında, henüz gelişme aşamasında olan sivil havacılık sektöründe yapılan çalışmaların yeterli düzeyde olmadığı, çoğunlukla hizmet kalitesi, performans ve stres değişkenlerinin ele alındığı, fakat, sosyal destek algısı, iş doyumu, yaşam doyumu, aileden ve işten kaynaklanan çatışma değişkenlerinin incelenmediği görülmektedir. Sonuç kısmında ise, henüz gelişme aşamasında bir sektör olan sivil havacılık alanının, sosyal destek algısının, iş ve yaşam doyumu üzerindeki etkileri ile iş ve aile arasında yaşanan çatışmaların incelenebileceği çalışmalara açık olduğu ve elde edilecek bulgularının uygulayıcılara rehberlik edebileceği ifade edilmektedir.
The research is addressing the academic work in the field of business that concerns personnel in the civil aviation sector in Turkey and aims to make a general assessment in the framework of these studies. The study describes what changes they have taken into account and what results they have achieved. In the literary part of the study, the work in the civil aviation sector, which is still in the development phase, is not sufficient, mostly the quality of service, performance and stress variables are addressed, but the perception of social support, work satisfaction, life satisfaction, family and work-related conflict variables are not studied. In the result, it is stated that the civil aviation sector, which is still in the development phase, is open to studies in which the perception of social support, its effects on work and life satisfaction and the conflicts between work and family can be studied and the findings to be obtained can guide the practitioners.
