Child abuse and neglect has many negative effects on children’s educational and social developments. However, there is a lack of common information network to provide the coordination between the institutions in Turkey. The aim of this conceptual article is to bring forward the benefits of a national database, to introduce The Common Assessment Framework and to offer a model that can be used for the prevention and intervention of child abuse and neglect of children at-risk in Turkey. Accordingly, a model to be used by the education, health and justice institutions was introduced and argued based on the literature.
