Abstract:

This study was conducted in order to reveal the views of the school managers and teachers who work in the Imam Hatip High Schools and High Schools on the interests of the Imam Hatip High Schools and High Schools in the MEB 2023 vision. The study was conducted using the research method. The selection of samples for the purpose of the identification of participants, the semi-configured conversation form for the collection of data and the visual analysis method for the analysis of the obtained data were used. The results of the research were: the development of the reward system for teachers who share good examples, the need for joint work with higher education institutions, civil society organizations and international institutions, the creation of a good phenomenon using the internet or the legal prohibition of non-moral phenomena, and the need for cooperation with guardians. Teachers and administrators generally said that Imam Hatip High Schools were more successful than other schools. In order to balance the success difference, the economic program must be determined and the physical conditions must be equipped, the development of the Turkish school architecture model, the protection of education with the constitution, the respect of the teaching profession, the conduct of family education courses for the awareness of the parents and students, the government allocates budget to high schools, pay per student or taxation according to the number of children from families, the development of institutional culture, the development of the project school and the development of the 10 percent language, the number of schools should not exceed 500, the monitoring and evaluation of teachers, the rise of the exams, the contribution of schools. There are differences between women and men on the lesson and the increase of religious content.
