Abstract:

The postmodernism’s critical speech, the structural philosophy, represents a common philosophy layer in which many disciplines are gathered together rather than a philosophical position. This method developed by the post-constructive thinker Jacques Derrida aims to dismantle by decrypting the contradictions in all structures founded on bilateral contradictions. The construction method has opened the forefront of the feminist theory, and since the 1960s, alternative reading methods have been developed to the history of male-dominated art. On the other hand, this method has also been effective on contemporary art practices and has been produced constructive works aimed at distorting the relationships between the indicated by focusing on the processes of establishment of the language in the artwork, as well as to reveal the doubts within the social life. In this study, with a constructive attitude, it is necessary to produce multi-layer works to uncodify the bilateral contradictions in the field of art, Jasper Johns, Kezban Arca Batıbeki, Ardan Özmenoğlu, Joker Gökçebağ, Judy Chicago and Gülsün Karamustafa.
