 Bu araştırmada, okul müdürlerinin öğretimsel liderliklerinin farklı değişkenlerle ilişkisini araştıran lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde 2016-2021 yılları arasında yayınlanmış lisansüstü tezlerin öğretimsel liderlikle ilişki hangi değişkenlerle ilişkilendirdiği, bu tür ilişkinin ne düzeyde incelendiği sistematik olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda “öğretimsel liderlik”, “okul müdürleri” ve “okul yöneticileri” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak yapılan çalışmada belirlenen tezler içinde yalnızca öğretimsel liderlik ile en az başka bir değişken ile ilişkisinin araştırıldığı toplam 18 tez belirlenmiştir. Bu tezlerin 3 tanesi doktora 15 tanesi yüksek lisans tezidir. Yıllara göre dağılıma bakıldığında genel olarak yıllara göre artış görülmekte, 2021 yılında bu alanda yapılan 5 tez ile en yüksek sayıya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmaya alınan tezlerin 15 tanesi nicel yöntemle ve 3 tanesi hem nicel hem de nitel desenlerin kullanıldığı karma yöntemle yürütülmüştür. Nicel yöntemde 7 tarama, 8 ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Tezlerin yürütüldüğü enstitüler sosyal bilimler ile eğitim enstitülerinde eşit oranda dağılmış, şehir olarak en fazla İstanbul’daki üniversitelerde incelenmiştir. Konuyla ilgili değerlendirme yapmak için tezlerin büyük çoğunluğu öğretmen görüşlerine başvurmuştur. Tezlerdeki örneklem sayısının en yüksek 400-500 kişi aralığında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Okul müdürlerinin öğretimsel liderliği ile ilişkisi en çok araştırılan değişken örgütsel bağlılık, ardından okul etkililiği ve öğretmen motivasyonudur. Bu konuda daha fazla çalışma yapılması sağlanabilir.

This study aims to study postgraduate theses that study the relationship of educational leadership of school managers with different variables. The aim of the National Thesis Center is to systematically assess what variables the postgraduate theses published between 2016 and 2021 relate to teaching leadership, and how much such a relationship is studied. The scan resulted in a total of 18 theses which were studied in the study using the keywords "educational leadership", "school managers" and "school managers" in the only teaching leadership and the relationship with at least another variable. Three of these theses are doctoral theses, 15 of which are master theses. In terms of the year-by-year distribution, it is generally increased by year-by-year, with 5 theses in this field in 2021 reached the highest number. 15 of the studies were conducted in quantitative methods and 3 of them were conducted in combination with quantitative and qualitative patterns. In the Nicel method, 7 scans, 8 relative scans models were used. The institutions in which the theses are conducted are equally distributed in social sciences and educational institutions, the most studied in the universities in Istanbul as a city. The majority of the theses applied to the teacher’s opinions to evaluate the subject. The highest number of samples in the theses was determined in the range of 400-500 people. The relationship of school managers with teaching leadership is the most studied variable organizational commitment, then school effectiveness and teacher motivation. More work can be done on this.

In this research, it is aimed to examine the postgraduate theses that investigate the relationship between the instructional leadership of school principals and different variables. It is aimed to systematically evaluate the postgraduate theses published between 2016-2021 in the National Thesis Center with which variables are associated with the relationship with instructional leadership, and to what extent this type of relationship is examined. As a result of the scanning, a total of 18 theses were determined among the theses determined in the study using the keywords "instructional leadership", "school principals" and "school administrators", in which only the relationship between instructional leadership and at least one other variable was investigated. 3 of these theses are doctorate and 15 of them are master's theses. Looking at the distribution by years, there is an increase in general by years, and the highest number was reached with 5 theses in this field in 2021. Fifteen of the theses included in the study were conducted with the quantitative method and 3 of them were conducted with a mixed method in which both quantitative and qualitative designs were used. In the quantitative method, 7 scanning and 8 relational scanning models were used. The institutes in which the theses are carried out are equally distributed in social sciences and educational institutes, and they are mostly studied in universities in Istanbul as a city. In order to make an evaluation on the subject, the majority of theses have applied to the opinions of teachers. It was determined that the sample number in the theses was in the range of 400-500 people at the highest. The most researched variable in relation to the instructional leadership of school principals is organizational commitment, followed by school effectiveness and teacher motivation. More work can be done on this subject.
