KARBONATLAŞMANIN ÇELİK LİFLİ VE UÇUCU KÜLLÜ BETONLARDA ETKİSİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada uçucu külü katkılı betonlar ile normal betonlar çelik lif ile güçlendirilmiş ve betonların karbonatlaşma ve diğer özelliklerine bakılmıştır. Uçucu kül çimento ile kütlece %0, %10, %20 ve %30 oranlarında ikame edilmiştir. 30 mm uzunluğunda ve %30 mm çapındaki çelik lif ise hacimce olarak %1 oranında betonlara ilave edilmiştir. Betonlar üzerinde birim ağırlık, işlenebilirlik, aşınma, basınç dayanımı, elastisite modülü, eğilme dayanımı, tokluk, ultra ses hızı ve karbonatlaşma özellikleri incelenmiştir. Uçucu kül oranı tokluğa etkisi olmadı iken liflerin tokluğa önemli etkisi olduğu görünmüştür. Uçucu kül ve çelik lif karbonatlaşmada olumlu etki göstermiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, flying soil contributed concrete and normal concrete were reinforced by steel fiber and the carbonatisation and other properties of concrete were considered. Flowing ashes with cement, the mass has been housed at the ratio of 0, 10, 20 and 30%. The 30 mm long and 30% diameter steel fiber is added to concrete by 1% in volume. The unit weight, processability, stretching, pressure resistance, elasticity module, inclination resistance, fullness, ultra sound speed and carbonatisation characteristics have been studied on the concrete. The flight aside ratio did not have an impact on the foam, while the fiber appeared to have a significant impact on the foam. Flying ashes and steel fiber have shown a positive effect on carbonatization.
