BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPOR ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN HİZMET İÇİ EĞİTİM PROGRAMLARINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract:

Toplumların ilerleyebilmesi ve gelişim sağlayabilmesi için insanların belirli hedef ve amaçlar doğrultusunda yetiştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Gerek bilimde gerekse de teknolojide yaşanan gelişmeleri eğitim ortamınıda etkilediği görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin lisans eğitiminde almış oldukları bilgilerin belli bir zamandan sonra geçerliliğini yitirdiği veya etkisinin azaldığı belirtilmektedir. Bu sebeple öğretmenlerin gelişen teknolojiye adapte olması için mesleki anlamda bir takım hizmet içi eğitimlere ihtiyacı olmaktadır. Bundan dolayı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı yılın belli dönemlerinde öğretmenlerin gelişimine yarar sunmak amacı ile hizmet içi eğitim programları gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu çalışma, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin hizmetiçi eğitim programlarına ilişkin görüşlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılan bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunda Gaziantep İlinde görev yapmakta olan 40 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni ile ve gönüllülük esasına uygun olarak yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan mülakat yöntemi kullanılarak, elde edilen veriler, içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; beden eğitimi öğretmeni ve spor öğretmenleri hizmet içi eğitim programının; mesleki ve kişisel gelişimi için yararlı bir program olduğu, kendilerini yenilemesini sağlayan program ve yeni bilgiler kazandıran bir program olduğunu ve dolayısıyla gerekli bulduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin hizmet içi eğitim programı sürecinde;  eğitim veren kişilerin yetersiz olmasından dolayı, tarihlerinin uygun olmaması ve on-line eğitimde internete ulaşım konusundan dolayı sorun yaşadıkları görülürken, hizmet içi eğitim programının öğretmenlerin daha aktif olmasını sağladığı, öğretmenlere yeni bakış açısı kazandırdığı, eğitimin nitelikli olmasına imkân sağladığı görülmüştür. Bunun yanında katılımcılar genel anlamda hizmet içi eğitim programını yeterli görürken, daha etkili olabileceiğini, yapılan eğitimin alan bazında ya da ihtiyaç duyulan alanlarda verilmesi gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri hizmet içi eğitim programının süresinin genel anlamda yeterli olduğunu, eğitimlerin yaz tatilinde olması ve ara tatillerde olması gerektiği ifade edilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin; hizmet içi eğitim programını alanında uzman kişilerin ve akademisyenlerin vermesi gerektiği ön plana çıkarken, on-line yapılan eğitim programlarının uygun olmadığı ve yüz yüze olması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

People need to be trained in accordance with specific goals and goals in order to be able to advance and develop societies. It is necessary in science, but the developments in technology have an impact on the educational environment. It is indicated that the information that the teachers obtained in their license training after a certain period of time loses its validity or its effect decreases. This is why teachers need a range of service-in-service training in professional sense to adapt to the developing technology. For this reason, the Ministry of National Education in certain periods of the year carries out service-in-service training programs with the aim of providing benefits to the development of teachers. This study is a study aimed at evaluating the views of body training and sports teachers on service training programs. In the study group, 40 body training and sports teachers who are working in the province of Gaziantep have been used in the face-to-face conversation technique in accordance with the essence of volunteering. Using the interview method, which is of the quality research methods in the research, the data obtained was analyzed by the method of content analysis. According to the research, body training teachers and sports teachers have found that the service-in-service training program is a useful program for professional and personal development, a program that allows them to renew themselves and a program that provides new knowledge and therefore finds it necessary. In the course of the service training program, the body training and sports teachers participating in the study; due to the lack of training persons, their dates are not suitable and the problem is due to the issue of internet transport in online education, the service training program has been shown to make teachers more active, to give teachers a new perspective, to make the education qualified. In addition, the participants have expressed that while the service-in-service training program is generally sufficient, it can be more effective, that the training should be provided on the field basis or in the areas needed. It is also stated that the duration of the body training and sports teachers service training program is generally sufficient, that the training should be in summer holidays and in interim holidays. While teachers who participate in the study are at the forefront that specialists and academics in the field of the service training program should provide, the conclusion is that the online training programs are not suitable and should be face-to-face.

This study is a study conducted to evaluate the views of physical education and sports teachers on in-service training programs. In the study group of the research, face-to-face interview technique was used with 40 physical education and sports teachers working in Gaziantep and on a voluntary basis. In the research, using the interview method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, the data obtained were analyzed by the content analysis method. As a result of the research; physical education teacher and sports teachers in-service training program; They stated that it is a useful program for their professional and personal development, a program that allows them to renew themselves and a program that provides new information, and therefore they find it necessary. During the in-service training program of physical education and sports teachers participating in the research; While it was seen that they had problems due to the inadequacy of the instructors, the lack of dates and access to the internet in online education, it was seen that the in-service training program enabled the teachers to be more active, gave teachers a new perspective, and enabled the education to be qualified. In addition, while the participants found the in-service training program sufficient in general, they stated that it could be more effective and that the training should be given on a field basis or in the needed areas. In addition, it was stated that the duration of the in-service training program for physical education and sports teachers is sufficient in general, and that the training should be during the summer holidays and during the breaks. The teachers participating in the study; While it has come to the fore that the in-service training program should be given by experts and academicians, it has been concluded that on-line training programs are not suitable and must be face-to-face.
