Abstract:

Türk bankacılık sektöründe artan rekabet nedeniyle, bankalar son dönemlerde bireysel kredilere olan ilgilerini oldukça arttırmış bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; bankaların bireysel kredi tahsis birimlerinin, bireysel kredilerde ihtiyaç kredisi, konut kredisi, taşıt kredisi tahsisi yaparken, onay kararı verirken hangi kriterlere daha fazla önem verdikleri Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesine göre ortaya konulmuştur. Analiz için ana kriterler olarak tüketicinin kişisel özellikleri, mali durumu, iş durumu ve teminat durumu ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca her bir kriter için alt kriterler belirlenmiş ve analizlerde ana ve alt kriterler birlikte dikkate alınmıştır.
