Abstract:

Many women complain that their qualifications and professional qualifications in their work life or in the various organizations in which they participate are not sufficiently seen by men, and that they are subject to a double standard. Many women experience the feeling of disruption due to the male sovereignty in the professional field. Some women don’t participate in the promotion race among the institutional employees because they feel they won’t get to the top. This situation, for women, is expressed as an invisible obstacle built by men and society as "a roof from the roof". This concept is defined as invisible, artificial obstacles created by social, organizational, personal predictions and patterns, which prevent women from getting to higher management positions. The glass roof does not only include ascension or progress in the hierarchy. This term, in addition to the hierarchical obstacle to progress, also includes inequalities in the injustice, implementation, control and use of superiority in income distribution. The aim of this study is to do a situation analysis on the "cam roof" by studying the research carried out on the subject worldwide. To this goal, numerous research in literature on the subject has been achieved and studied in different countries. These studies have concluded that the glass roof syndrome exists everywhere without supervision on the continent, the country, the sector, the institution, and generally arises due to similar causes.
