Abstract:

The aim of this study is to evaluate the potential of traditional, complementary and functional medical tourism within the framework of health tourism and to identify its situation in Turkey. For this purpose, a comprehensive literary survey of traditional, complementary and functional medicine was conducted in the study and the subject was addressed in terms of health tourism. Thus, the conceptual dimension of the work was created and the work was formed through this conceptual dimension. The research method has been used. The literature scan technique is evaluated with secondary data. As a result of the study, there are many traditional, complementary and functional medical practice centers in Turkey and there are various methods used in these practice centers. Traditional, Complementary and Functional Medicine tourism is a potential for both local tourists and foreign tourists.
