Dijital teknolojilerin gelişimiyle birlikte yaşanan hızlı değişmeler toplumsal, ekonomik, bilimsel ve politik birçok alanda dönüşüme neden olmuştur. Yaşanan bu değişmeler toplumun en temel kurumlarından biri olan ailenin fertlerini ve yapısını büyük ölçüde değişmiştir. Bu durum aile içi iletişimin geleceğiyle ilgili tartışmaları önemli bir hâle getirmiştir. Aile içinde teknolojinin kullanımı, yeri ve önemi farklı bir şekilde algılanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada hızla yaygınlaşarak aile hayatının temel bir unsuru hâline gelen dijital teknolojilerin ailede yarattığı köklü değişim ebeveyn, çocuk ve dijital iletişim bağlamında irdelenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Buradan hareketle çalışma, dijital teknolojilerin kullanımına yönelik ebeveyn ve çocuk arasında konsensüs oluşturulacak bir dijital aile sözleşmesi ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Nitel yönteme dayalı görüşme tekniğinin kullanıldığı çalışmada dijital aile sözleşmesinin maddelerini oluşturmak amacıyla uzmanlar, ebeveynler ve çocuklar ile üç ayrı görüşme yapılmış ve literatürde yer alan sözleşmelerden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda ebeveynlerin uyması gereken, çocukların uyması gereken ve ortak alanları kapsayan kuralları içeren bir dijital aile sözleşmesi ortaya konmuştur.
The rapid changes with the development of digital technologies have led to transformation in many social, economic, scientific and political areas. These changes have greatly changed the personality and structure of the family, which is one of the most fundamental institutions of society. This situation has brought the discussions about the future of family communication to an important place. The use, place and importance of technology in the family is perceived differently. In this context, the rapid spread of the study and the root change created by digital technologies in the family, which became a fundamental element of family life, is being attempted to address in the context of parents, children and digital communication. Working from here aims to reveal a digital family agreement that will create a consensus between parents and children on the use of digital technologies. The study used the Qualitative Method-Based Conversation Technique in order to create the materials of the digital family contract, three separate conversations with experts, parents and children were conducted and the contracts included in the literature were benefited. The study revealed a digital family contract that parents should comply with, children should comply with and includes rules that cover common spaces.

In this context, the study tries to examine the radical change created by digital technologies, which have become a fundamental element of family life, in the context of parents, children and digital communication. From this point of view, the study aims to reveal a digital family contract that will create a consensus between the parent and the child for the use of digital technologies. In the study, in which the qualitative method-based interview technique was used, three separate interviews were conducted with experts, parents and children in order to create the articles of the digital family contract, and the contracts in the literature were used. As a result of the study, a digital family contract has been put forward, which includes rules that parents must comply with, children must comply with and cover common areas.
