Abstract:

In the Ottoman, the poet-sultan relationship is formed in the framework of the Hamistic culture and literary texts are presented directly or through correspondence to the government officials. When a great event occurs to be congratulated, such as the birthday anniversary, marriage, and cullus, the poet needs to see the talents and the conditions that he needs to show the honour. So, in the beginning, the poems of prayer, prayer, prayer, and congratulations are written in various forms, including the castle and the continent. In this work, the 19th century poet Abraham Re'fet II. The story of Abdullah was written in the year of the resurrection. This scripture in which various dates are esthetized through ebcet, is an example of history. Abraham Re'fet, in addition to his poetry, took a text that addressed different disciplines by moving with the sensitivity of the muverrih. In order to be properly understood, the poet’s life, literary aspect and works were first informed; the history of writing, the cause, the shape (beit number, vesni, kafiyesi, nazim shape, type) and the great characteristics were described. This manuscript, which is prepared in the form of document text and is subject to communications between the authorities, is BOA in the Presidential State Archive, I.DH.781/63532-4.1. It is registered with the location number. A new text referring to the disciplines of literature and history with this study, translated in Latin and translated into language, was presented to the assembly of the scientist world. In addition, the continent has contributed to the literature of the Nazim form and the type of history.
