Abstract:

Hizmet sektöründe sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı sağlamak için insan kaynakları uygulamalarına verilen önem her geçen gün artmaktadır. İnsan kaynakları uygulamalarının birçok örgütsel değişkenle olan ilişkisi ilgi odağı olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı insan kaynakları uygulamalarının örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla Gaziantep ilinde faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel çalışanlarından anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiş olup; analiz neticesi insan kaynakları uygulamalarının örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutları olan duygusal bağlılığı, devam bağlılığını ve normatif bağlılığı pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The importance given to human resources practices to provide a sustainable competitive advantage in the service sector is increasing every day. The relationship of human resources practices with many organizational variables has been the focus of interest. The aim of this study is to explore the impact of human resources practices on organizational commitment. For this purpose, the data obtained by the survey method from 4 and 5 star hotel employees operating in the province of Gaziantep were analyzed by structural equality modeling; the result of the analysis was found that human resources practices have a significant impact on the emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment in a positive direction, which is the lower dimensions of organizational commitment.

Abstract:

This research aims to find out the effect of human resources practices on organizational commitment. In this regard, the data sets which were taken with the survey method from four and five stars hotel staff within Gaziantep province have been analyzed through the structural equation modeling system. As a result of the analyze, it has been derived that the human resources practices affect the emotional commitment, continuity commitment and normative commitment as sub-dimension of organizational commitment as meaningful in a positive manner.
