Abstract:

As the use of the Internet and smartphones becomes increasingly widespread, individuals become more aware of the travel or destinations they want to see and find the opportunity to share their experiences with others. This situation affects the purchasing behavior of individuals visiting the site in a positive or negative way. This study aims to analyze 708 visitors’ comments on TripAdvisor’s web pages about Green Lake Salda by using a thumbnail content analysis method. For this purpose, the comments are divided into catagori and altkatogori. It also has been directed from the comments that the visitors have made. The results of the analysis are that tourists visiting the site have experienced positive experience in the fields of natural structure and natural characteristics of the lake, health tourism opportunities arising from the characteristics of water and dust in the lake, quite a lot of regreative activities can be done, the positive attitude of the local people, the geographical location arising from the proximity of the attractive tourists, quite a lot of gastronomic products made specific to the site; the environmental problems associated with the overcoming capacity of transportation, sanitation, road, telecommunications such as the underground and food-drinking, accommodation such as the upper structure, excessive and non-reflecting truths, and the quality of the service received in the fields of the fields of the fields of the fields of the field.
