Yetenek seçimi birçok parametreyi içeren karmaşık bir süreçtir ve yetenek seçim modelinin spora özgü uyarlanması gereklidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye Dağcılık Federasyonu (TDF) Spor Tırmanış Sporcu Tarama Komisyonu tarafından geliştirilen, spor tırmanış yetenek seçimi test bataryasının (STYSTB) uygulanmasıydı. Bununla birlikte sporcuların müsabakada elde ettikleri puanlarla STYSTB parametreleri arasındaki ilişkiler de incelendi. STYSTB yaş ortalaması 11,06±1,56 olan 62 kişiye (32 kadın ve 30 erkek) uygulandı. İlk gün yarışma düzenlendi ve ikinci gün ise vücut kompozisyonu, kuvvet, sürat, esneklik ve denge parametrelerini içeren STYSTB uygulandı. Verilerin cinsiyete göre ortalama karşılaştırmaları ve müsabakada elde edilen başarı puanlarıyla korelasyon analizleri de yapıldı. Sonuçlara göre erkekler 30 ve 60 sn. şınav değerleri, kadınların ise endomorfi, vücut yağ oranı ve esneklik ölçüm değerleri arasındaki ilişki anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu. Her iki cinsiyette müsabaka puanı ile ekstansiyonda asılı kalma süresi, toplam barfiks sayısı ve barfikste kalınan sürede, ek olarak kadınlarda sağ alt ekstremite dengesi, fleksiyonda asılı kalma süresi, 30-60 sn. şınav sayıları ve plank süresi arasında anlamlı ilişki bulundu. Kuvvet değerleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, denge ve esnekliğe ait 6 parametreden yalnızca biri ile müsabaka puanı arasında korelasyon gözlendi. Sonuç olarak güncel araştırma Türkiye’de spor tırmanış ile ilgili yapılan ilk yetenek tarama modelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmada esneklik ve denge gibi parametreler ile müsabaka puanı arasında yalnızca bir parametrede korelasyon gözlenmiş olması tecrübesiz tırmanıcıların yeteneklerini tırmanışa aktaramamasından kaynaklanıyor olabilir ve bu nedenle bu parametrelerin de yetenek seçimi test bataryasında kalması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Bu modelde yalnızca fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreler değerlendirilmiştir ve bilişsel ve psikolojik yeterlik testleri de bu test bataryasına eklenebilir.
Talent selection is a complex process that includes many parameters, and it is necessary to adapt the skill selection model to the sport. The purpose of this research was the application of the sports climbing ability selection test battery (STYSTB) developed by the Turkey Mountainous Federation (TDF) Sports Climbing Sports Surveillance Commission. However, the relationships between the athletes' score and the STYSTB parameters were also examined. STYSTB was applied to 62 people (32 women and 30 men) with an average age of 11,06±1,56. The first day the competition was held and the second day the STYSTB was applied, which includes body composition, strength, speed, flexibility and balance parameters. The data was compared by gender and correlation analysis with the success score achieved in the competition. According to the results, men are 30 and 60 seconds. The relationship between the endomorphic, body fat ratio and flexibility measurement values in women was significantly high. With the match score in both sexes, the duration of hanging in the extension, the total number of barfics and the duration of hanging in the barfics, in addition to the balance of the right lower limb in women, the duration of hanging in the flektion, 30-60 seconds. There was a meaningful relationship between the number of shifts and the time of the plan. Compared to strength values, a correlation was observed between only one of the 6 parameters of balance and flexibility and the match score. As a result, the current research forms the first skill scan model in Turkey related to sports climbing. In this study, the correlation between parameters such as flexibility and balance and the match score was observed in only one parameter may be due to the failure of unexperienced climbers to transfer their capabilities to climb, and therefore these parameters should also be considered to remain in the capability choice test battery. In this model, only physical and physiological parameters are evaluated, and cognitive and psychological fitness tests can also be added to this test battery.
